Can i eligible for jee advance if i passed 10th in 2015 and will be pass 12th in 2019? Plz tell me.

If you have year gap between 10th and 12th due to circumstances, then too you are eligible However you must have bene appesring 12th in 2019 and must clear Jee Mains for eligibility.
And should be born before 1994 for eligibility.
Maximum 2 attempts allowed in consecutive years.

As part of the JEE Advanced eligibility criteria, the candidate needs to have appeared 10+2 in 2018 or 2019. So, you are eligible for the exam.
