Hi,
A candidate is allowed give 3 JEE mains exams and 2 JEE advanced exams. So according to that if you have given the exam in 2018 and both JEE mains of 2019 then you can't give the exam again. BUt if the case is different than the above then you can surely go for it.

You can give JEE MAINS 2020, but you missed one attempt and only left with 2 Mains and 1 Advance attempt, start preparing for that.
