You can apply for Inspire scholarship as you are currently doing your MSc. But you can get it or not, that depends on the rank you secure. The eligibility criteria say that the person should be among the 1% of meritorious students in class 12th. About the intermediate, the score has not been mentioned.

• Your age must not be exceeded 22 years
• Top 1% Bright students from any state/central 12th board are eligible
• Should satisfy the above conditions and must study in B.Sc/M.sc in basic or natural sc.
