Hi,
There is a criteria for aiims that you should have Minimum 60% marks in 12th class for general category and 50% marks for school and st category So if you cleared aiims you will not be eligible for getting a seat there.
You can also get mbbs through neet.
But if you want to have Aiims then you should give your board exams once again or improvement exams.

You have 70.15% then you are eligible to give aiims next year then why you want to give board exams once again.
