Hi, so basically the minimum criteria for Bsc computer science is that one should have completed 10+12th or equivalent with Maths as a major subject.

And as you have mentioned that you are a PCM student then you are definitely eligible for Bsc CS after your completion of 12th standard.

No doubt Bsc CS is a good course but i would suggest you to look at the curriculum for BCA too. Since both the courses are of 3 years but BCA is more job oriented and the course contains topics that are really job oriented such as Artificial Intelligence, Programming etc.
