Since you have done BCA it will be a better option for you to choose MCA because you will have a better grip of the subjects that you are going to read, moreover MCA is a three year course as compared to M.Sc which is of two years. Also considering your interest once again pursuing MCA is a better option since it focuses only on softwares and application as compared to MSc which focuses on hardware as well.

Lastly being a BCA graduate you are only eligible to go for an MCA and not an M.Sc, hence MCA becomes your most ideal option in case you wish to look forward to higher education.
