Dear Owais, to be eligible for JEE Mains, Iit s necessary to have taken five subjects in class 12 or equivalent qualifying exam which is 10+2 or equivalent. The five subjects for B.Tech, B.E are Language, Physics, Mathematics, Any one of Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Technical Vocational Subject. The five subjects for B.Arch/ B.Planning are Language, Physics, Mathematics which is compulsory and any one among Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Technical Vocational Subject.
