I don't think so that there will be any problem at all. You can apply to government jobs and if you are a diploma holder as well as a graduate then it could be an additional advantage for you. Your Diploma degree could be your plus point.

On the basis of your Diploma degree you can apply for a lot of government jobs, have a look-

3. Junior Officer

4. Bank Jobs

5. Railway Jobs

6. Police Jobs

7. Information Technology Jobs

8. Public Sector Unit Jobs

9. Faculty Jobs

10. Sports Quota Jobs

Not about only governmental jobs, private companies or firms will also hire you if you have enough experience and expertise in your relevant field. Since you're a graduate too, you hardly need to use your Diploma Degree.
