There might be some error in the message or the portal. For further clarifications drop a mail or contact the UPSEE helpdesk to give you more insight on this issue. But since the documents have already been verified most probably the message is just a spam or error message and shouldn't cause any problematic situation. However to be on safe side contact the UPSEE helpdesk.
