I have qualified for counseling of MBA with marks 158registered and got documents verified but the msg coming is you are not eligible

I'm not getting your point,please give all the details like:
- Name of the entrance test
- Rank(CRL)
- Marks obtained
- College alloted(full name,state,city)
After getting all the details,it will be easy to understand the situation.
So,if this is the issue,that you are qualified for the counselling then how can this type of msg is forwarded to you.
