i have rank 1927 in b.com hons ipu cet.and already clear 2 rounds,in which i have offered delho institute of advance studies.but i want vips 1st or 2nd shift.how can i fill my choices for 3rd round.so i get this.

You haven't mentioned your quota, so considering it as general category there's still some chances of getting VIPS through IPU CET rank. As previous few years cutoff was around 2000 here so there's still some possibility. You obviously need to give this Institute as choice while filling in counseling, otherwise Delhi University is also would be a good choice.
