Hi,
Firstly I would like to congratulate you on getting the call letter for Banaras Hindu University. Speaking about the call letter, try this link.
http://bhuonline.in/counseling-portal18.html
You will have to login and from there only you can download your call letter. since you've got it on your mail I would recommend you to wait for some time till it gives uploaded to your online portal. If still it doesn't get uploaded then you just show them your mail and say you could not download it since it was not available on your portal.
