Yes, you may get a seat in WB Medical College. The only concern is that - If a candidate is domicile in WB but the SC/ST/OBC/EWS certificate is of other state, then he/she would be treated as Unreserved for state quota counseling and can participate for UR seats in state quota if achieved UR cut off 50 percentile in NEET UG 2022.

As you have mentioned that you have SC certificate issued from Delhi Government and you want to apply for a Medical College which is in West Bengal, so in most cases it works and you can apply but than too for complete clarification you can contact the college and get your doubt cleared and according to that you can apply.

Candidates who are WB residents but whose SC, ST, OBC, or EWS certificate is from another state would be considered unreserved for state quota counselling. If they meet the UR cut off 50 percentile in NEET UG 2023, they will be eligible to apply for UR seats in the state quota.
