Nevertheless, assuming that you belong to general category you have chances of getting seat in the following institutes considering the previous year cut off

• IIT, Bombay: Power Electronics & Power Systems, Microelectronics, Control & Computing, Communication Engineering, Electronics
• IIT, Guwahati: RF and Photonics (slight chances)

Cut off changes every year which depends on total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of exam and number of seats available etc.
