With the NTA percentile you mentioned you will not be able to qualify for Jee Advance, hence you cannot get admission in any of the IITs. Admission in government colleges also seems highly unlikely. You can get admission in private collges. If you want your admission in government colleges then you have prepare well for the next Jee Mains exam. You have to work hard to get enough percentile to get a good government college and it is possible. Have faith in you and prepare accordingly.
