For COE Pune under OMS General category, chances are negligible at COE Pune as cutoffs above 150.

You can however get following government colleges:

Government college of engineering Nagpur
Government college of engineering Chandrapur
Shri Guru gobind singhji college of engineering.
Shivaji University karad
Mumbai university.
