             Your mark is lower than the closing rank holders' marks of the previous few years. So there are negligible chances to get any government colleges with this mark even using Home State Quota.

You haven't mentioned your category or state of domicile. Although I don't think that with 142 you will be able to get a MBBS or BDS seat in any government college in any state across India. The cutoff for veterinary also goes high every year. Either you should opt for private college under management qouta or you can do more hard work and try next year.
