The cut off for BHU BA Social Sciences in the UET exam varies from year to year, and depends on various factors. You would need to pass your 12th Std. With 50%+ marks in all subjects, and be not more than 22 years of age.

The cutoff marks varies from year to year, and in 2018, the marks stand at 170, bringing the closing rank to 1504. So, if you're general category, you can't take admission in first counselling.

HOWEVER, that is only for the general category, with cutoffs for SCs/STs/OBCs standing at 113/80/147. There are other quota available too.

I strongly encourage to check their website for waitlists, and apply to other reputed universities like DU/HCU.
