You shoulsd do what you feel. There are many students who get lower marks thn you in their first attempt but do extremely well in the second one. So you can do well too if you are ready to work hard .Believe in yourself and you will succeed . MBBS from abroad can be a good option too if you have the means, but be careful to not go to countries like China and Russia as the graduates from those countries have the lowest percentage among the students clearing the entrance examination for license in India . MBBS abroad is best in Bangladesh, Philippines and European countries.
