I HAVE SCORED 271 IN NEET. MY AIR IS 223557. I AM FROM KARNATAKA/ GENERAL CAT. CAN I GET MBBS SEAT IN THE STATE QUOTA/ DEEMED UNIVERSITY.

Hello,
Sorry but with the marks getting a seat in government medical college is not possible but you can try for management quota seat in private medical college.
You can use NEET college predictor to check your expected MBBS/BDS college based on your NEET ALL INDIA RANK.
However nothing can be said with absolute certainty until the counselling procedure begin. Please wait patiently for the counselling procedures to begin.

In my knowledge you won't be able to get a seat under state quota or all India quota based on your marks and category.
