I have scored 280 marks in NEET 2018 ....Should i drop a year for NEET study or not?????

As you know that this is not a decent score, with this score you have less chances under All India Quota seats & state quota seats. But you can try for the private colleges & deemed universities also.

If you are targeting only the Government colleges & have confidence that you can do better next time then you can go for it. It depends on your capability.

You can't get any govt. medical college with this rank but private colleges can offer you the same, if you want to gte admission in a private college, you shall go ahead otherwise, dropping a year would be a better choice.
