As per the previous year cutoff trends, and considering you are from the General category, here are the cutoffs over the years - 

• 2018 - cutoff marks - 151, cutoff rank - 290
• 2017 - cutoff marks - 313, cutoff rank - 164
• 2016 - marks - 276, rank - 122

It seems as if you have slight chances of getting admission in BHU as your rank does not fit the previous trends. However, don't lose hope as cutoffs change every year. So, wait patiently for the rounds and in the meantime look for other institutes and colleges as well to keep your options open.
