If you belong to the general category, then Government medical college is not possible at all. But you can hope to get in private medical college under NRI quota in there may round of counselling.

It seems impossible dear at this score especially if you belong to general category. But you can try for management quota seat in private medical college.
Do keep trying, don't lose hope. There is always a better next.

There are skim chances to land in a govt college. Dont waste your time, try private colleges or plan accordingly. Dont take a year drop, it will impact your career
