As per the the Veterinary Council of India the AIPVT counselling will be conducted for filling the 15% All India Seats reserved in all the government colleges (except Jammu and Kashmir).
The rest 85% seats will be filled through state counselling .
As you belong to General category the safe marks for veterinary would be 430+ this year .
Your marks are not enough to ensure you a seat in Government college . You can try for private colleges though.
