I hope you are doing well. You have good score this year by self study. For getting good government college for mbbs you need to score above 615 marks . This cutoff marks is in accordance with the last year cutoff i.e., 2020.

As you get 450 this time if you are sure that you can score 600+ next time then you should go for a drop but if you are not sure whether you will score or not then take admission in any other courses and prepare side by side for neet 2022.
