According to your marks , it is very difficult to get admission in delhi because it has very high cutoffs every year even for reserved category candidates. According to 2018 data , the minimum cutoff was 515 for North Delhi Municipal Corporation Medical college , for OBC candidates , so there are very less chances to get a seat. 

But you can try private colleges, there you will get a seat surely.
