With the marks of 420/720 in NEET 2019 it isn't advisable to apply for AIQ seats as normally candidates with high merits apply for AIQ seats and by high merit I mean marks more than 520+. This is a range that gets you an MBBS or BDS seat whereas 420 and marks in its range asks for applying under the 85% State Quota to have a fair enough chance in attaining a medical seat be it MBBS or BDS.
