see at this score you can not get any tier 1 or tier 2 colleges which accept cat score, you have to go for local colleges which dont require cat score , however tier 3 colleges dont have good placement record, less number of faculty, low number of students, students dont get a good paying job after completing the courses, so its depends on you whether you need to reappear in cat exam or still you want to study tier 3 colleges.
