Dear aspirant  !
Well your marks is fine but unfortunately this marks is not sufficient  for  getting  mbbs in government  college.
As for getting mbbs  in  government  college  you must need to score atleast  550 ++ marks  in NEET  ug examination.
435 marks are quite low for government Medical college  but at your marks you can try for  other Medical courses  like BHMS , BAMS , BDS VETERINARY   SCIENCE  . Etc
And secondly you can try for the private sector  also .
At your marks you can get admission easily  in private  Medical colleges. 
But still  I  would  say that result is yet to be come so just wait  and try your level hard to get your interested  stream.

For General merit it is difficult to get a Government College with this marks as the cutoffs are really high for General Merit,But you may try in any other private colleges you have a chance of getting seat there.
