Well it's difficult to say wheather you will surely get  a seat because it depends on the cut off which changes every year depending on certain factors like level of paper no.of students etc .So you can wait for counseling round .

As per the previous years with your score you might get govt college for bds but it's tough that u get mbbs .

According to previous years analysis (which is subjective as cut off ranks change every year depending upon no of candidates from general category since you have not mentioned any category i am assuming it to be general, level of difficulty of neet etc etc, also since rank fallout pattern is entirely different this year nothing can be predicted with 100% sureity,last year cut off rank for tezpur medical college was 420 against a rank of 62580 for general category through state quota ,so you might have chance acc to previous years analysis.
