Hello, you should apply for both All India Quota counselling as well as State Quota counselling as both the procedures are conducted by different authorities at Central and state level respectively. With a score of 438, you might have slight chances of getting admission in BDS courses in AIQ and you can try for MBBS in your state quota counselling procedure.

Good Luck.
