I have scored 447 in NEET 2019 from Tamil Nadu, rank 86049, BC category. What colleges can I choose for AIQ in TN?please give your opinions.

Based on your score and this year cutoffs you may have chances if getting admission in private medical college under all india quota and state quota but still It would be difficult to tell your exact chances as cutoff varies from year to year depending on various factors such as your home state,category,etc and also cutoff this year are too high.
