I have scored 46 marks in neet 2019 and I'm ST category should I apply for counselling in medical?

I am sorry to be the one to tell you that no, you shouldn't apply for counselling procedures since there is no chance of you getting a medical college. The 40th percentile cutoff for your category this year is 133-107, since your marks are below this range, you will not be able to get admission. It is better you try again or choose a different path.

You have two options now: you can either drop another year and prepare for NEET 2020 OR take admission in an course of your interest. You have many possibilities here, you can go for a BSc, a BA, a BBA and many other courses. Kindly analyze your interests and choose a course accordingly.
