Hello dear!!! 

I think with that marks you may get the least chance of getting a seat if you are general category. 

For St students you will get you seat in  many of reputed government colleges,. 

I suggest you to apply for counselling an dwait till the last round to get the best college for you. Please do comment for more doubts.

Hello
465 is a good marks for st category for getting a seat in Government Medical College.
For example, last year marks required in neet for st category under All india quota in Bihar for Nalanda Medical College, Patna was 432 marks.
so you will get a seat with your marks.
