Congratulation for the your score.
As your score is 473, and looking on to the cutoff date trends for NEET 2018 result.

It will be difficult to get a government medical college under all India quota with your score.

But you have a chance for getting a government medical college under the state quota as you are above the minimum requirement for the state quota admission.
