Allotment of a seat in a government college is based on your category which you haven't mentioned here . If you belong to an unreserved category you might not get a seat but can look for a private medical institute. Coming to the reservation it might help you get a government seat . If you don't get one and are too much determined for the career in MBBS through a government medical college then give yourself a second chance and try next year.
