Hello student,
You have not mentioned which state you belong to. With a score of 480 , getting a seat in the government medical colleges is possible only in a few states. For example, With this score, you have chances of procuring a seat in the government medical colleges of Karnataka while it is not so in the case of states like TamilNadu for which the scores are extremely high even in private colleges. Also, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats, by which nothing can be predicted for sure as trends change every year. However you can go through the following link to know about the cut off's and ranks for the previous years and calculate your chances of selection in your state.

I belong to uttar pradesh
Then the possibilities are very less. Last year, a minimum score of 492 was required to fetch one a seat in the U. P. Rural institute of medical sciences in the general category under the state quota. Considering the level of difficulty this year, it cannot be predicted for sure unless nta releases the official results.
Can i get in any other state please
