As far as the cut off for BA hons psychology is concerned, you do have a chance to get Admission with 49.75 marks, considering you are a muslim OBC student. But there's few more points that i would like to tell you, one is if you are looking for job directly after the undergraduate course, than that won't be good option for you to pursue this course from Jamia, the placement is not upto the mark, and the packages are very merely low.
