Hello Dear

Getting the IIT will be somewhat harder but you have good chances to take over the NIT premises of Nagpur, Surat, Jammu etc. Since as you said you have obtained the Gate score in the range of 50 marks which is quite impressive one and with this you can have the chances to take the seats in the Government Institutions depending upon the variation in cuttoff, which will going to be declare on 16th of March for all the categories by the IIT M.
