You have scored well but for your category I guess it's hard to get medical seat this year because the complexity of the paper was not that much though and students have scored really well.But still wait for the results to come and also go for the counseling you may get the seat.Because your chances are 50-50.

Last year cut off for Mbbs for OBC candidates in Delhi under AIQ quota was 594 at Dr. B.S.A. Medical College, Delhi And under state quota was 511 at North Delhi Municipal Corporation Medical College, New Delhi.
Cut off for Mbbs in DU quota (internal) for Obc category was 520 at Lady Hardinge Medical College for Women, New Delhi.
While cut off for Obc candidate for BDS under AIQ was  527 at ESIC Dental College, New Delhi .
Going by previous years cut off ,Since you are expecting a score of 506 it's seem difficult to get into Medical colleges of Delhi. However you can expect a seat in government colleges of other states through AIQ.
Keep in mind that cut off are subject to change each year.
