Hello learner,
Government Funded Technical Institutions (GFTIs) are funded by the Government of India. Admission to the Government Funded Technical Institutes (GFTIs) is done by the Joint Seat Allocation Authority. The admissions to the list of GFTIs colleges in India is done on the basis of merit obtained in the JEE Main - Joint Entrance Examination Mains.
The JEE Main rank is determined on the basis of the scores of JEE Mains plus the class 12 marks in the ratio 60:40. The number of seats offered by each of the GFTIs in India is different and also varies from category to category.
Since, you're representing SC Category, there is a probability of getting in. As you've scored 51.4 percentile, there are chances where your rank may get back to back depending on the no of competitors. But I would personally suggest to have an alternate, for GFTI, that will not leave you shipwrecked at the end.
