You can rightfully try and take part in the process of the merit lists however I also suggest you to look for some good private institutes

Hello Anshul, you should be aware of the fact that your marks are very low as compae to the average marks. There are very few government college in Himachal. You might be able to landyourself in a government college but that would be of no use because you might not get to chose the branch of your choice. Instead I will suggest you to look for a good Private university.
