Last year cut off for general candidates in uttarakhand under AIQ was 546 at Veer Chandra Singh Garhwali Government Institute of Medical Science & Research, Srinagar, Garhwal and under state quota was 485 at Veer Chandra Singh Garhwali Government Institute of Medical Science & Research, Srinagar, Garhwal.
So going by previous years cut off you can expect to get a seat at 534. However keep in mind that cut off are subject to change each year.

You have not mentioned which category you belong to. With a score of 534, even if it is general, you have chances of procuring a seat in the government medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, a minimum score of 509 was required to fetch one a seat in the government medical college, Haldwani in general category under the state quota. But, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats.
