Ad per last year trend Shri Vasant Rao Naik Govt. Medical College, Yavatmal college of maharastra was alloted with the minimum marks of 400 under general category. So you have decent chances to get a government seat but cutoff is tend to slightly increase this year and also depends on category and state domicile.
