Hello Anamika,

You have secured a decent score in MAT, but its comparatively less. As we know IIMs, IITs, IIFT and XLRI are the top notch institutes in India for management studies.  But these institutes are not accepting MAT score. I can suggest you few institutes which are accepting MAT score because my friends and cousins are either studying there or have passed out.

NIT Warangal - As all we know NITs are premium government institutes for engineering, this institute is well known for Management studies also. Their recent year highest package was 6LPA.

Lovely Professional University - One of my friends is passed out from here in 2016, now he is working with an MNC as a state head of their sales. Their last year placement also good, the highest package was 21 LPA.  Recently Amazon hired few students at a  package of 28 LPA. Fortunately, I have the link so sharing with you. B.Tech/B.Arch Admissions OPEN

Apply to Amity University Noida B.Tech Admissions 2025

You can read it yourself for a better understanding. LPU has its own test, LPUNEST (National Entrance and Scholarship Test) and this may help you to get scholarship also if you are scoring well.

Christ University - This university one of the best university in Bangalore. Considering your MAT score chances are less to get here.  But you can apply here if you have luck you can get admission.

Hope this information will help you. Best wishes.

Good Luck!

Hi Anamika,

556 in MAT exam is a decent score, I would suggest you to give another May attempt and try to score above 600. That will give you better option to apply for colleges likes Bimtech, IBS Mumbai, Christ Banglore.

If you want more better colleges, then apply for CAT, XAT, IIFT, CMAT,NMAT, SNAP, IBSAT entrance exams. This will provide you with top b-school.(Only if you score above 95 percentile in any of these exams).

Good luck.
