Hello dear student don't worry you have secured enough good rank. You don't need to worry about your seat . And I am hoping you have filled the registration form for the neet counseling. Yes there is a hope you will get a government college in Jharkhand and if not there then you can apply for other colleges under 15% AIQ because of your good marks there is a high probability you will get a seat in Jharkhand. Well if you are looking for government Medical college under state quota counseling process then of course  you  can try it.
Because 560 is very nice marks .
Although this year cutoff goes higher but still, 
You will surely get the chance in state counseling process.
Just participate in NEET ug counseling session as per  dates and schedules.
