See the marks u have scored in the NEET exma is pretty fair enough for u to bag a seat in a govt medical college to pursue ur higher studies in the field of ur interest under MBBS courses under ur state quota as the cut off is around 510. I m providing u a link for ur help.

As you mentioned with UR category and 570 marks, your chances of getting a decent government college in your state through state quota(85%) are quite high.
As the admission to medical colleges based on NEET is given unsed All India Quota(15%) and state quota(85%).
