Hello Neha,
You have not mentioned about your reservation category, because seat allotments are also based on reservation categories, and i could help you more accurately if you mention your domicile or college of interest,
Don't loose hope as your score is good ,
And attend every phase of counselling !
Generally considering the previous year's Cutoffs if you belong to General category then you might get seat in some selected govt college's ,
You can also use the tool given below to predict the chances of getting seat in any of the college:-

I hope the above information is useful to you ,
All the best !

Hello Neha,

With a total of 570 marks there are chances of getting a MBBS sear in medical college.

However if somehow u miss it this year also then there's a need for self counselling.

Look out for your weak points  and figure it out what's the thing  that's stopping you from securing a MBBS seat in gov. medical college.

See we have one life and one primary dream i think we should work for it. If the case was for any suspense other than your hard work  then i would have suggest you to do something allied side by side but preparing for neet is completely dependent on your hard work and will power.

If you don't get a MBBS seat this year you shouldn't count these 2 yrs rather you should count the mistakes you have been doing in these 2 years n work fr it for next year.

But at the same time there are possibilities for yoh to get a mbbs seat in govt. medical college.

    See what best happens.

Good Luck
