Hello candidate

Since you have not mentioned about the nature of exam I am assuming it to be NEET. You have scored decent marks in this examination and under the EWS quota, you will surely get some government colleges. However, you want to apply for the All India Quota counselling, which is itself a superset of the EWS category. So, you need not to worry about the nature of counselling and must look dilligently before applying for the colleges. There is a very good chance of you landing into a decent college.
