Yes certainly.

As per previous year cut off, your chances are fair to get a government medical college for MBBS course with a score of 585.

Following colleges had similar cut off last year:

Ganesh Shankar Vidyarthi Memorial Medical College, Kanpur

Sarojini Naidu Medical College

Government Medical College, Ambedkarnagar

As per the trends followed in the 85% State Quota Counselling, a rank of 24,680 had been awarded with a seat in U.P. Rural Institute of Medical Sciences & Research, Etawah corresponding score was 492.

Thus, as per this data, you do have a chance of procuring a seat in that particular college.
Except this, all other colleges had their Closing Rank below 11,000 which might make your chances tough.
